Mera 70% tax yaha jaa raha hai. Tabhi mai sochu tax dene ke baad bhi mujhe khud ka security dekhna hai, khud ko education manage karna hai khud a heath ka paisa bharna hai, khud ka vakeel karna hai agar koi mere hi ghar mai chori kar le, khud hi GST waalo ke notice bharne hai agar mera vendor GST bina pay kare defaulter hai jisko govt ne GST no. and license diya hai, even if I purchased and paid full tax, all that after paying a freaking 70% in direct and indirect taxes. Credit to the Bar association for protesting against this corrupt judge. You have to draw a line in the sand at some point and start punishing these corrupt judges. There's a reason why people have very little faith in the Indian judiciary. When the person responsible for dispensing justice is compromised, how can any of his previous judgements/rulings be fair and valid?  He must've always sided with the highest bidder.

The problem here is that the SC judges are trying to bury potential criminality by a brother judge. What transfer? Do ordinary people get transferred instead of facing a police case? Why does the SC like this judge so much?

The correct remedy for this judge is for him to be suspended pending a CBI inquiry (and since this is Delhi, there's no state govt to protect him either). But that would lead to the unprecedented situation of a milord having to face justice from the vast unwashed masses, they can't have that. What's next? Judges being investigated for nepotism and corruption? The horror! This is exactly what Churchill warned the English against.

Indian judiciary need reforms to curb corruption and greed. When a normal hard working citizen does a crime, we have police to handle situation &amp; court to manage punishment; but if these special citizen judges do mistakes, no one can touch them, thats insane. We are still recovering from the cover ups of Judge Reeta Kaushik, and now HC judge Yashwant Varma. The judiciary shouldn’t test citizens till the situation explodes.
